2 cups Sour Cream
1 cup mayonnaise, optional
5 Tbsp Onion Soup Mix, see recipe below
Top with chives, optional; chill and serve with chips or your favorite veggies.
Onion Soup Mix:
3/4 cup instant minced onion
1/3 cup beef bouillon powder
4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp crushed celery seed
1/4 tsp sugar
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
About 5 tablespoons of mix is equal to 1 1¼ ounce package onion soup mix store bought.
