Cheeseburger Zucchini Boat

3 small zucchini
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped tiny
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. chili powder
sea salt
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (I use raw white cheddar)


Cut off the ends of zucchini and boil them for about 10 minutes.

While that's boiling, brown the ground beef, onion, garlic powder, and chili powder (optional)

Slice the Zucchini lengthwise, and use a fork and spoon to scrape out the middle. (add it to the hamburger)

Scoop the hamburger mix into the "boat" and top with shredded cheese

Throw in the oven until the cheese is melted.
