GARLIC AND CHEESE POTATO BAKE



INGREDIENTS

8 medium sized potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
Masterfoods Garlic Granules
250g Kraft Cheddar, grated
300ml light cooking cream


METHOD

Preheat oven to 180˚C or 160˚C fan-force. Spray a square baking dish with cooking spray.
Place a layer of potatoes on the base of the dish.Top with a sprinkle of garlic granules. (These are strong so just a light sprinkle) then sprinkle with grated cheese. Then a good drizzle of cream. Continue layering for 2- 3 more layers.
Cover with tinfoil and bake for 1 hour or until potato is cooked through. Remove tinfoil and bake for a further 5 minutes to lightly brown.
NOTE
The Kraft Cheddar in the box is found in the Spread isle of the supermarket by the vegemite.
Garlic granules are found in the herbs and seasoning isle of the supermarket.
