S'mores chocolate pudding





Ingredients
2-3/4 cups whole milk
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup cornstarch
pinch of salt
1 heaping cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup Honey Maid Lil Squares Graham Crackers
Instructions


Set up a double boiler over medium high heat with the water simmering.
In a bowl, vigorously whisk together milk, sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Heat over the double boiler, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes until thickened. (the liquid will coat the back of a wooden spoon when ready).
Turn off heat and slowly whisk in the chocolate chips and vanilla until smooth and completely melted.
Pour into individual serving cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Top with marshmallows and graham cracker squares and serve.
