ROCKY ROAD


Elements

375g pkt milk chocolate melts
1 3/4 cups dark chocolate melts
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup crushed peanuts
1/2 cup red glace cherries
250g pkt marshmallows (raspberry & vanilla)


Instructions

Grease & line a 19cm square cake tin
Combine milk chocolate & dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
Stirring constantly
When melted, work quickly & stir in coconut, peanuts, cherries & marshmallows
Mix well
Spread mixture into prepared tin
Leave at room temperature for about 1 hour or until set

Can be chilled until firm in the fridge if preferred

Cut into approx 25 squares & serve
